SO I'm just going to start back up, from here. Thats the most I can do.
I am 20 weeks 1 day pregnant with my 3rd pregnancy, 4th girl, including my beautiful step daughter Avery.
Josie and Nicolette have had runny, congested, crusty noses, for a little over a week. Thankfully the weather has been pretty blah and grey and rainy so we have been inside from that.... but we are starting to get some cabin fever!
Nicolette at her checkup was a whopping 23.1 lbs! Yeah, big girl is right! Obviously thriving, Dr. Bootin commented :0)
Josie is all good too. They both got their very first flu shot, they will need a booster shot of it, and still will have the ability to get the flu, as I understand, but its a step in the right direction I think this year. I would rather not end up wishing I had, later down the road.
I talked with the Dr also about her thoughts on Josephine's speech, and she agreed that Josie could probably benefit from some speech therapy. I don't think that it would take much, but I think it would help her out so much to be able for everyone to understand her better, like kids at the park. I feel like she has so many neat ideas, and is really good about repeating herself when asked, but she needs help with certain letter sounds. I have been playing phone tag with the place that does the screening for a week, so that is still on the to-do list.
More later, but thats my start.
Lets see if it works, and I can post more frequently.
